Pictures do not exactly match the product

I have bought 2 pairs of shoes from them and honestly on both occassions it seems they post and sell internet pictures. Their shoes are imitations of the picture we see on their website and fall in love with. The shoes are not exact. the heel is either shorter or thicker. i refer to the red bottom black shoe i bought the heel was thicker and shorter. The black boot i bought the heel was very short unlike the pic. they should sell using their real stock pictures and include heel height measurements.
