Pathetic,Poor and bad Service

Pathetice experience ever ...i purchased 4 items from this store on the 20/08/20 funds got debited from my acc but my order was not processed their system gave an error but funds were already debited from my bank acc ...i tried emailing the suppory and no response .....i have ordered previoulsy from this store and wrong items have been given and the is this guy by the name of Nasir Nur who will alwys send and email to thank you for your purchases but when orders are in correct you email him he ignores ur email.....

But now i have lost R610 to this company and the lady by the name of Nokuthula Zwane and Nasir Nur they both ignored my emails i have attached proof of my payments regarding the order but till now nothing has been done

Tried calling the bank they cant reverse the funds as they need the store to call to confirm that indeed they never received my funds

Can i just just get help regarding this as i have given this store benefits of the doubt so many times but they just dnt care abt their customers

I have told them that i will b taking this matter to Hello Peter but they just ignored and i have also enuqired abt theu shipping amount which shows R85.00 for Gauteng but when you proceeded to payment its changez to R150 and was told thar its depends with the postal code and that brings me to tje question that is Soweto not in Gauteng myb? And also regarding wrong itenlms being shipped for returning them u as the customee is liabe how come is that ...i asked Nasir and Nokuthula what kind od circus store or compamy are they running if they wont care abt retaining or keeping their customers happy still no response
