Pathetic Service!!!!

Absolutely terrible service!!! Placed my order 28th June, was told via email on Monday 1st July that my order was being shipped, was told on Tuesday by Juliet that my order would arrive Thursday 4th July for the latest. Guess what still no order, been emailing them back and forth with no response, unable to track my order with the order number they provided and absolutely no one is able to assist.
