Pathetic Service

The service is pathetic. The Lead times are inaccurate and deceiving.

I ordered a few items including one I had planned to use for a photoshoot which is paid and scheduled. Support told me my parcel is dispatched but till now,no news

Tried to call , you will be on call holding until it’s your turn and they will drop.

How does a business of such still operate in this country!!!! We paying our money and want our goods that’s it. If it says 3 days we want it in that timeframe.
