Pathetic Customer Service & Awaiting my exchanged item! UNACCEPTABLE

At first I was very skeptical, then got my order. It was too big unfortunately. I did the exchange and bought the R99.90 exchange coupon. My item was sent back and they received it on 25 June 2024. I asked them to get me a small as per my note on the package. I received the confirmation that my exchanged item was received and my new item will be shipped soon. To date, nothing. I called them ALL DAY TODAY, held on for 15 min at a time, just to have my call dropped. I mailed more than three times and left messages on their chat service on their website. Not what I have expected, very unhappy with the customer service, if you cannot handle the volume, employ more people. I am waiting on my exchanged item please or I will pursue legal action.
