Pathetic business ethic

I received an order promptly and on time however I needed to exchange 2 items, ever since I have sent it back with the courier I have not heard a word from them, they do not reply to emails, whatsapp messages or phonecards, I will never support them again but I will let any and everyone know of my bad experience !
