Package not delivered since 23rd December

This is the worst experience ever, I cannot believe how in competent the delivery process has been. The currier has been in position of my package before Christmas it's end of thew week 2025 no attempt to deliver, their lines don't go through. The store phone are on Auto answer since no response to emails. Order placed on the 20th December, worse I'm a frequent buyer.
