PACKAGE HASNT ARRIVED SINCE 24TH OF AUGUST

I ordered on the 24th of August til date I havent received my parcel. It is just written picked up (26th of August)

Truly disappointing. There isnt even communication as to what the problem is and they not even replying to emails.
