Order taking forever

I placed my order on the 1st Of December, I got my tracking number but it keeps saying "Collection failed Order not ready". I called them yesterday after waiting and trying for long to get in contact with them and they said my order will be dispatched the same day, now it shows it failed again and I can't get them on the call. You wait for 15 minutes and when you are no 1 on the line they cut you off saying you should email them yet I've been emailing without any response. I am frustrated because I need that order before Friday I have a very important ceremony to go to. Now I will have to be off the theme because of Yellowsubtrading. This was my last order with them and I will warn all those I referred to them.
