Order not delivered after 1 week

I did a purchase on 21 June at 09:17am. Payment was done and I recieved a confirmation of my order. Since then my order status says unfullfilled. Since Tuesday i have been promised that my order will be shipped "Today". I called the Customer Service Line after waiting for over 15 mins i was told it will be shipped "Today for sure" (27/06). Up until now, my order status has not changed and no one has responded to my emails with feedback.
