Order no YST734225

Ia paid for 2 items then I see they have send only 1 item. I called them thats when they told me the other 1 is out if stock then on the 18th 05 I send them my banking details they promised to refund within 7 days which is the 29th today still no response from them and no response from my messages. My question is do I have to beg for my money Precious
