I Placed an order on the 29th November, i still have not received my order. I keep calling them i hold on for 15min-30min the call ends up being cut off.

I have sent e-mails with no response to my query. I send what's app messages their *********** staff are telling me to send e-mails or call of which Iam not getting feedback.

When i track my order the delivery company confirms that my order is still with the supplier

To date i don't know when I will be getting my order.
