Online order was never delivered

Good afternoon

I bought clothing of R850 online at Yellow Subtrading in September 2020 but up until now I haven't received my order.I have called the shop more than 20 times and I have sent emails as well to enquire about my order but it looks like no one is interested to help me.

I am very disappointed and sad,R850 is a lot of money to loose.I will like to warn other people who buya at Yellow Subtrading not to buy with a lot of money because the is no guarantee that you will get your clothes.

I have tried all the channels to communicate with the shop but still I did not get any help.There are times when their telephones are not even working.If you are buying clothes at thid shop to sell to people,don't do it you will get into trouble with people because they will think that you ate their money whilst the shop did not delivery the clothes that you have ordered.
