No refund from YellowSubTrading

They don't refund customers. I have been purchasing from them (online) for quite some time and I thought they were the best. Only now with my latest order where 1 item was not delivered and they promise to refund me. Their 1st excuse was that they only do refunds on weekends, 2nd excuse, their account was blocked and 3rd excuse they will make sure that they process your refund immediately and still money is not refunded. I have send several emails. I'm so disappointed and will never order from them again
