NO HAPPY WITH YELLOW SUB TRADING

BAD EXPREICENCE AT YELLOW SUB TRADING, I placed two diferent orders at yellow sub end of MAY my orders were delivered i was not happy with the item i received then i requested a return on that return i needed the refund. Till today i have not received my refund , i called and called to check the progress they told me that they will process the refund i must send the banking details on the support email but i haven't received my money. Someone called me at told me i dont like to order something with my refund I need my money.
