No answer on exchange

On the same day I received my items is the same day I logged a return/exchange on 2 of the items 14/12/2021. one was to small and the other to big. I received a mail to confirm return was logged and that I would receive another email with further instructions. up until now I am still waiting for those further instructions. all I want is an exchange on the 2 items to different sizes. their website says easy hassle free exchange and returns but its anything but easy. I have tried calling them no answer. sent numerous emails and left numerous messages but no one bothers to acknowledge any. Can I get the address so I can send the items to be changed? do I send it to the shop address on google? this is money wasted on things you cant wear.
