****mers and Poor Customer service

I ordered Monday at 12:57 ref YST506735 of which normally I would get next day. Upon tracking it says " We were unable to retrieve tracking information for 'YST506735'. Please try again later. " This has been going for days , yesterday 30May 2024 I called and the lady said the parcel will be despatched so I get it today..

Parcel still hasnt been despatched , been on call since 8am at 15mins it cuts and says high call volume which would make sense as people want their stuff.. I need someone to call and either my parcel gets dleivered latest tomorrow morning or refund my money with immediate and reflect.

This is pure poor customer service what annoys even worse is that they post on their page as if nothing is wrong
