Good day,

I placed an order to yellow sub trading and when I received my item they where to small so I returned the items for a refund. my method of payment was payflex. The items have been returned for 3 weeks now and I am still getting debited by Payflex so yellow subtrading has not communicated with payflex as yet and I the customer have not even received a email stating what is going on. I don't think I am the only person who has been ****med by Yellow subtrading. When I emailed them I was told me it takes 3-7 days for the refund process but it is now 3 weeks and I haven't received my cash back.
