Placed my order through payflex on the 27/11/2024, was not given a order number or a tracking number. They have been giving my the run around since then. Yesterday, on 06/12/2024 I was advised that their courier driver was high jacked with my parcel. I have asked for a refund but now I am receiving the run around. They *********, unprofessional and companies like Payflex should NOT be working with them as they are ****ming us out of our hard earned money!!!
