MAFIA STORE-******* MANAGEMENT REFUSING OUR REFUNDS

I have informed the Yellow sub within the timeframe that i do not want the closes they sold me and requested a refund. that Nokuthula who works there refuses to give me the management details so i can directly speak to them about my refund not her. she said when goods are on sale they do not issue a refund and i demanded that she quote a Law that allow the company to do that to the customer. she did not say a word till today. they are very unprofessional and not care about customer complains. they just want to sell and make profit. we can not go on like that, they must adhere to all the risks, laws of the country not to rob our RIGHTS. We were trying to support a black business but now the black man is doing a day light *******. even the credit they promise has not appeared on the store account. maybe this is owned by a MAFIA.
