LATE DELIVERY, TURN AROUND TIME HAS PASSED

I placed an order and made my payment on their online platform, one of the payment methods offered was OZOW payment method and I only ordered because it's stated on the the web page that delivery Is 1to 3days and today its 4days after my payment I haven't received my order. they don't communicate with me, m the one who made emails and phone calls to them. Yellow sub trading has poor customer service and communications, now m told if OZOW does not release my finds I won't get my order, why is yellow sub trading using OZOW payment method if it's inconvenience customers.
