Lack in customer service, dishonest service provider

Horrible, frustrating service. I am trying to get confirmation update on my order and tracking number with no luck, I have reached out on all platforms no response they carry on and ignore your enquiry and comments, they keep on posting and selling when they have so many pending, uncompleted orders and deliveries. How can we have this service provider shutdown. To many of us are complaining and having the worst experience and they don’t care.🤬😡💣
