Impossible return

I am so disappointed in the level of service I'm receiving at Yellow sub. I spoke to Amanda, the woman has no sense of emergency, no customer service and she'refused to assist with contacting the third part which I paid for already to come and fetch the items I'm exchanging. I'm so frustrated and I explained to them that I need these clothes for next week. I was told the items will be collected last week Friday already. Amanda, you need to learn how to treat customers well
