I have ordered dresses that do not fit and have not received my exchange

I bought 2 of shoes 1 two pieces outfit a rainbow crop top and a pleated short skirt but received a ridiculously long pleated skirt. I bought as well as a collard khaki dress which was written xl as the size but the size was not the true size because it was smaller I kindly request for an exchange and have been waiting for the exchange to happen I ordered on the Thursday the 4th of December 2025 and today is the 23rd of December I have not received my exchange. They do not respond to emails. They will send tickets that are not responded too I call and no one will answer my calls instead they hang up. Yellow subtrading services are absolutely appalling. I would not recommend it to any 1.. It's either they refund my money for those two dresses
