I demand immediate refund

I am absolutely disappointed at their service. I have never experienced this before with them. 5th December I bought a two piece set and till today I haven’t received my parcel. I called the Fast way courier and to enquire about it since they said they will call back. Today as I check my emails I get to see that my parcel has been sent to the wrong address/company name called NASIR, what is that? They will fill you at first with good service as you continue to purchase then they disappoint you. This store is a big **** to some of us. I demand refund for your poor service.
