HORRIBLE SERVICE. WRONG ITEMS

Horrible service. Purchased online on the 03/06/2024 I had not even received any form of tracking for the order. Had to scream & text before the order arrived on the 13th & the bag was a wrong colour, two piece was the wrong size, order was delivered at the wrong Bob box which I had to drive 20 minutes to get there instead of the 5minutes I would have driven. Tried to talk to them & they wouldn’t assist. I’m now stuck with wrong items I didn’t order. Oh & the previous times I ordered & they delivered the wrong item, they would not give you a refund if you expressed dissatisfaction with their products or service.
