Horrible customer service the worst

Unprofessional staff and supervisors I bought a dress it was small I requested for exchange ,I was told to pay additional R99 Rand for the courier to collect on top off the R329 that I bought the dress for that was on the 23 of November to this day I have not received my refund that I requested I have been calling them sending email to no avail no one seems to care ,I want my money back
