Frustrating customer

So i placed an order Momday 02/12/2024 i paid almost R200 for delivery and the courier guy apparently called but there is no miss call on my phone, the delivered today 06/12/2024 when opening my package it contains medical equipment when i called them they said they not sure they can deliver today i need the order today as im getting married and that to be delivered to me today im Very disappointed and upset about this mess up
