Frustrated Customer

"I placed 2 seperate orders and got the same color. The 1st order was Order YST503841 Mint Green placed May 15th and the 2nd order was Order YST513682 Blue placed June 24th. Between the 2 orders, I definitely have received an incorrect color cause I was sent the same thing again."

That's an email from myself to yellowsub dated July 3rd 2024. I have been following up with them to no avail. When you call the number, you get placed on hold and you never get through at all.

I would like assistance in getting this resolved please.
