Frustrated

I am extremely frustrated with the level of service Yellowsub Trading has provided. Ordered items last week,payment went through no tracking was issued till I contacted the store. Told items will be dispatched/shipped on the 29th.Waited till the 4th to call them only to be told that it will be done today. What frustrates me is that I paid for delivery between 1-3 days. I think they changed from courier guy whom the service were exptionally to Internet Express with lack of customer service
