Flase advertising and poor complaint resolutions

The first order was fine and then the items delivered from then on were always displeasing with at-least one item on the order- I placed an inquiry and I was told about their return policy. I finally decided to lay a complaint I got the same generic response with their return policy. I have decided not to use The yellow anymore as it is a waste of money on some items and I never know which item will be dissapointing.
