False Advertising

I ordered a dress Last week Tuesday on Yellow sub trading and when the dress got to me i called them immediately and told them this is not what i ordered. the lady asked for pictures, went online and saw that the dress was very different. said she would resolve it and i have been waiting since for them to pick up this dress. I kept calling as this is unacceptable that they make promises and dont keep them. Not only that, then they went on their website and the actually dress that they are selling and not what was being advertised before. from Last week Tuesday i have been waiting for the supervisor to call me. Now they are telling me to return the dress i must pay for return fees meanwhile they had False Advertising on their Website. In 3 years buying from this shop, i can safely say this is the last time.
