Dissatisfied Customer

Someone purchased gift cards for me as a birthday present. At first, the gift cards took time to even to show up on the email. When they eventually did, one of the voucher numbers was repeated. I've been trying to get that resolved by the Yellow Sub Trading team, but to no avail. Just endless emails with no progress or solution.
