Disgusting, atrocious and misleading

We bought clothes on the yellow sub, firstly the items or dresses where the wrong colors than they didn't fit. The next day I sent a refund and exchange request as only 1item was correct or a good fit. They approved the refund and said will send it with the driver firstly I had to pay a for the items to be collected which is completely obserd.. I mean most if not all retails shop don't charge for such and when the mistake is with the shop they gladly exchange or refund customers. It's been weeks now yellow sub has not contacted us or advised why or what is the delay and when am I getting my refund. I purchased these clothes in good faith and this is my money. I am shocked at the fact that we cannot call them n n n when sending an email they take days to reply. I hope this review gets seen and they will refund me +600 is a lot of money and I'm not willing to give up on it.
