Disappointing service

I would like to complain about the bad service I am receiving from Yellow Sub Trading. I ordered a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago. The shoes were damaged when delivered . I asked them to collect the shoes which they did. Till today I have not have a response and I have been sending emails to them daily no one responds. Their numbers are always in voice mail. I even suggested I take something else instead of the shoes (Maybe they don't have the shoe anymore) no one responded.

It's been 4 weeks now.
