Disappointed in such an online company

I ordered a dress in September wrong color and the medium I ordered was like a LARGE it was so big for a medium. 07/10 I sent it back with my money to change colors and size. A week later I texted them on whatsapp to ask if I will be contacted was advised yes which would than mean they have not received it yet so I call the courier company and was advised NOOOO it was delivered and was signed for 3 days after I sent it back. I have called them texted them they don't answer any of my calls. Nasir plain outs blue tick me on whatapp.
