Delayed and poor communication

I did an order with them thinking it would take approximately 3 days to come through I have been emailing them with the same automated response even ended up requesting a cancellation because really how is it that delivery is set at a certain period but you fail to follow through their customer service is really poor with no direction my first and last order honestly
