Complaint

I have ordered a rose red dress on my birthday week for a shoot and received a wrong colour! I did log a return and I am expected to pay R100 for collection when they sent me a wrong item!!! I did how is that possible when they sent me a wrong item and when they also do see that is not a correct colour!! I sent pictures and they still say I need to pay for them to collect! I’m not happy at all with this and they do not have a way to speak to customers!!! I even have screenshots of our email trail!!! I’m really not happy! I’m not paying for anything! That is a poor customer service ever!!!!! That dress is not rose red it’s pink and they also see it! They are telling me that’s what they call the colour! How??? Where can I send pictures screenshots for you to see please!!!! I’m really not happy with this and want my money back!!!
