Complain

I have ordered clothes and they ddnt fit, the other one was torned in December 2024. On da day of delivery I lodged a return nothing happened but it was never collected. Only got hold of them after 6 weeks and they made me pay for the collection but until today they have not collected nor do they reply to my emails
