This company fitted an alarm system to my car approx 6 months ago and I have been having major issues in the last few weeks. This includes not being able to deactivate the alarm and having to be towed home, and the alarm going off at night even when not activated. They started off by blaming the cell phone towers for the problem and then said they couldn't do anything without a receipt, which I couldn't find. When I mentioned that they must have my registration number on their system with the work done I got a negative response. Our conversation ended with them saying that I HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!! Absolute disgraceful service.
