Bad service-****s

I placed an order online on 31st August 2022 I then received an email stated that it’s on its way on the 1st. I got a tracking number to track it which I’ve tracking every time I check it says it’s not registered on the system..so i’ve send them 5 or 6 emails no one has responded I called them they said they will call me back but till now no one has called back…please don’t use this company I think they **** people of their money
