Bad service

I placed an order on the 6th of October 2025, on the 7th my status changed to shipped. I was expecting it before the 10th because they said they take 3-5 days to deliver. On the second week on the 14th their courier sent me an email stating they failed to deliver my parcel because they couldn't reach me which they ****! The following day their agent called me rescheduling my delivery for Friday I waited till today. What hurts most is I'm busy paying something I don't have I used Payflex and I've made two installments already. Yet they are quite about my order and I can't even track it.
