Bad Service

I placed an order on the 27th April and paid same time but it was still showing payment due and they never delivered my order even when I paid extra for faster delivery to my door. I queried with them and sent proof of payment for the order. I opted for door-to-door delivery and i am still without my delivery. I needed the outfit for the 3rd May hence I opted for the speedy delivery. I followed up with them but they are not giving me any feedback. I demanded my money back and still no response.
