BAD SERVICE

I placed an order and requested for emergency delivery and was willing to pay extra. I was kept on hold for an hour with no assistance, the consultants **** saying the contacted the courier(DPD) when I call the courier there was no communication done with them for emergency delivery. I know if I cancel I will not get my refund.
