Bad refund service, still waiting

I ordered clothes over R2000. I returned a few items and requested a refund. I received communication from them on 18 June 2022 stating that my refund would be processed. A week later I contacted them stating that I still have not received my refund and that the grace period was ending that same day. A few days later I was told that my refund would be processed after I gave them the necessary information for the second time. 16 Days has passed now, and now they are not replying to my emails. I have sent 3 emails 60 04 July 2022 and didn't receive any reply from them. Not impressed with the after service!
