Bad customer t

I bought a top from your branch in mara******* it wasn't a right fit .when I went to exchange they took it without any exchange in one of your branch in CBD .the manager was rude and had a bad attitude together with the lady who was a cashier .I want my money back .no cash was given to me nor exchange .I walked out of the shop without my top nor my cash .I want my money back
