Bad customer service

I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks now, but still I haven't received any confirmation email informing me that my order is being processed or whatsoever yet they want us to give them a 5 star rating 😭 I am so disappointed. Whats really irritating is that they lack communication not to mention how rude the store manager is!! I want my money back please!
