Bad customer service and bad service overall!!!

I ordered clothes online from Yellow sub trading and didn’t receive my order as promised, I then cancelled the order and asked them to refund me but have not received my refund yet,it’s been more than 5 days now. When I call their customer service line the agent doesn’t seem to know anything and i’ve been going back and forth with her...I tried reaching out to the manager but that was also not a success...What a bad service and experience!!!!!
