Appalling service

Appalling service. Here I was thinking they are so professional not just an Instagram boutique but their website seems really organised etc. But seems like I spoke to soon. The incorrect items were delivered to me and I contacted them immediately and was requested to send through an email of the invoice along with an image of the incorrect item that was delivered which I also did immediately it has been two weeks no response to emails and their number doesn’t even go through anymore. Disgusting
