I ordered a dress and made a return on the dress as it was small and damaged. I only got an option to be refunded but that never happened instead they returned the product as a new one and no refund. When I was expecting a refund from Yellow Sub Trading.

Now am sitting with a product that I don't want still packaged. The color is wrong so is the size. I wanted a black mini dress Black and XXL on order number IYST141670 emailed them, communicated with a person called Nasir on emai *** this person tells me on how I need to make the arrangements to courier to them. I have been going back and forth with these people and it's not right when I made the payments in full but they still get one thing wrong. Especially when their option for returns it's refund only yet am not getting the refund back instead they ship the product back to me new, with incorrect size and color. Can yellow sub get things right for their customers as I did not get my product on credit but cash which is fully paid.

stop frustrating customers on what they paid for, we don't owe you anything. Follow the correct Instructions and make sure that you change your returns site and give customers options of what they can exchange for. You lying that you will refund yet that refund does not happen at all. Stop ******** us.
